Baseball Ages & Divisions

  • Tee Ball

    LL age 4, 5 ~ Pre-school 

    - 1 game a week - Saturday/Sunday games, non-competitive 
    - Hitting off Tee; full lineup bats each inning; no outs
    - 8-10 game schedule beginning mid- April and ending early-mid June
    - One practice per week (determined by coach)
    - Small team sizes
    - Every player receives a Game shirt and hat

  • Rookies

    LL age 6, 7 ~ Grades K or 1 

    - 1 game a week - Saturday/Sunday games, non-competitive
    - Coach pitched; full lineup bats each inning; no outs
    - 8-10 game schedule beginning mid- April and ending early-mid June
    - One practice per week (determined by coach)
    - Small team sizes
    - Every player receives a Game shirt and hat

  • AA Minors

    LL age 7, 8, 9 ~ Grades 1, 2 or 3


    - Competitive games including inter-league vs. other local leagues
    - 12-14 game schedule, season begins mid- April and ending early-mid June
    - 1-2 games per week (weekdays/Saturdays/Sundays)
    - Minimum one practice per week (determined by coach)
    - Every player receives a Game shirt and hat

  • AAA Minors

    LL age 9, 10 ~ Grades 3 or 4 


    - Competitive games including inter-league vs. other local leagues
    - 12-14 game schedule, season begins mid- April and ending early-mid June
    - 1-2 games per week (weekdays/Saturdays/Sundays)
    - Minimum one practice per week (determined by coach)
    - Every player receives a Game shirt and hat

  • Majors

    LL age 11, 12 ~Grades 5, 6 or eligible Grade 7 players 


    - Competitive games including inter-league vs other local leagues
    - 14-16 game schedule - season begins mid- April and ending early-mid June
    - 2 - 3 games per week (weekdays/Saturdays/Sundays)
    - Minimum one practice per week (determined by coach)
    - Every player receives a Game shirt and hat

Is My Child Ready To Move To The Next Division?

Is my LL 7 Age Player Ready for AA baseball?

  • Child has played for at least two years.

  • The player can catch a ball 50% of the time and hit a Coach Pitch ball 75% of the time.

  • Historically one of the top two players on his or her team.

Is my LL 9 Age Player Ready for AAA baseball?

  • Child has played AA previously. 

  • The player can catch a ball 75% of the time and regularly make contact to in kid pitch scenarios.

  • Experienced in the rules of the game and prepared for a kid pitch league.

Softball Ages & Divisions

    - One practice per week (determined by coach)
    - Every player receives a Game shirt and hat

  • Majors

    LL age 11, 12 ~ Grades 5, 6 or eligible Grade 7 players  


    - Competitive games including inter-league vs other local leagues
